  Leadership Program Features
   An individual can view pending issues that he/she is facing from different leadership perspectives and can experience actual results after the completion of the program.


More focuses are placed on team activities than lecture, which enables an individual to share and have in-depth understanding of various experiences and ways of thinking of other participants to expand his/her perspectives.


Provision of various learning resources related to subjects helps participants to learn a number of leadership-related theories and case examples.
